The Opportunity
As a Management Consulting - Finance Solutions Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their financial performance and make informed decisions. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. You will contribute to projects that modernize core business systems and platforms, enhancing agility, scalability, and operational efficiency.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will support financial management, reporting, and analysis, helping businesses optimize their financial performance. You will be part of a collaborative environment where teamwork and adaptability are key, allowing you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagements by contributing to financial operations and strategy development
- Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial reports to optimize business performance
- Implementing financial internal controls to maintain accuracy and integrity in reporting
- Participating in financial forecasting and modeling to inform strategic decision-making
- Engaging in operations management to enhance efficiency and resource allocation

What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Information Technology & Accounting, Information Systems & Accounting, Computer Science & Accounting, Management Information Systems & Accounting

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
