Job Description
- Support the team during the Audits and regulatory liaisons.
- Conduct customer outreach for self-certification deficiencies.
- Support FATCA/CRS documentation review.
- Validate reportable customer and account data before submission.
- Coordinate data extraction, transformation, and upload activities.
- Drive completion of CRS and FATCA annual exercises
- Reporting analysis and preparing reports for submission.
- Reconciliation and remediation as and when required.
- May be required to be involved in User Acceptance Testing, when required.
- Work closely with respective stakeholders for FATCA CRS on adhoc support during projects.
- Basic regulatory referencing and assistance on mini project may be required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an AML or compliance role, preferably with a focus on FATCA/CRS.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Attention to detail, delivering in time, accurately and escalating promptly is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF Editors.
- Good prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Self-motivated, desire to be challenged and eager to learn.
