eCommerce Key National Account Manager

What will you work on?
As the E-Account Manager for Spin Master Mexico, you will lead the strategic development and commercial execution of our online retail and pure-play e-commerce accounts. You will manage client negotiations, build annual joint business plans, and oversee account P&Ls to ensure optimal sales conditions, profitable growth, and exceptional digital shelf execution.

How will you create impact?

• Develop and execute e-commerce business plans and sales strategies to accelerate market share and revenue growth across Mexico's online retail landscape.

• Formulate and negotiate Annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in close collaboration with key e-commerce accounts.

• Partner with Finance teams to manage the account P&L, evaluate trade spending, and optimize promotional profitability.

• Maintain and enhance digital shelf presentation, product listings, and online assets to improve conversion rates and outpace category competitors.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations to build seasonal item-level forecasts, secure high in-stock rates, and mitigate chargeback risks.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure commercial alignment and seamless execution during key seasonal peaks.

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new pure-play e-commerce accounts to expand Spin Master's online footprint.

What are your skills and experience?

• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving digital sales acceleration within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or seasonal product environment.

• Strong commercial negotiation and analytical capabilities with experience managing customer trade programs and business cases.

• Deep understanding of e-commerce retail processes, digital shelf management, online consumer behavior, and web analytics.

• Demonstrated experience developing item-level demand forecasts and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Four-year degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is considered an asset).

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Prior experience utilizing SAP to manage forecasting, order fulfillment, or sales reports is highly advantageous.
