We are seeking an experienced and dependable Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health nursing visits on F/Sat/Sun (12 hour) day shifts or F/Sat/Sun/Mon (10 hour) day shifts.
- Per Visit Rates: $50 – $140
- Competitive compensation based on visit type and experience

Position Summary
The Baylor RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, patient education, coordination of care, and timely documentation. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and one-on-one patient care.
Responsibilities
- Complete skilled nursing visits in patient homes
- Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Administer treatments and provide disease management education
- Monitor medication compliance and patient progress
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Accurately complete electronic documentation in a timely manner

Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Home health experience required
- Strong assessment, communication, and time management skills
- OASIS experience required
