Engineer - Flow and Thermal

## What you’ll do:

"The primary responsibility of this role is to perform flow & thermal analysis of Aerospace and filtration products. Individual will be required to partner with teams located in India, Europe, US, understand specific design intent, develop, and validate analysis models to substantiate various engineering designs. He/She should be conversant with different products within the aerospace portfolio. Candidate should ensure proper coordination and communication with all stakeholders by following project management best practices.This position is responsible for handling medium complex technologies related to conjugate heat transfer,flow estimtion & cooling wherein incumbent is expected to independently handle requirements and deliver quality results within stipulated timelines.

The candidate should have strong background in heat transfer,fluid mechanics with thorough understanding of CFD analysis fundamentals.He/She should proactively look for various opportunities to validate his/her analytical predictions with physical testing to constantly mature DP capabilities."

"A. Technology Responsibilities:

• Contribute towards maturing identified technical capabilities aligned to flow, thermal domain from aerospace/filtration portfolio
• Work closely with product and analysis experts to Develop and validate digital prototypes to mimic product physics and predict key CTQ’s

B. Program Responsibilities:

• Ensure Analysis First deployment on low/medium complex aerospace/filtration componenets/Assemblies
• Highlight apt technical and schedule risks on assigned low/medium complex programs and work towards metigating those
• Work with SME to effectively support simulation request to manage workload

C. Extended Responsibilities:

• Participate in CDE Aerospace level initiatives and contribute thru solid value add
• Learn DFSS fundamentals & impliment on the programs
• Embrace continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate consistent increase in “value” from project deliverables

•Create valuable IP to expand innovation envelope for organization growth"

## Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace/ Applied Mechanics from reputed institute with 0-1 Year experience.

## Skills:

CFD, Heat Transfer, Fluid Mechanics,Simulation tool expertise
