Leads the analysis and development of enterprise business systems to support organizational objectives. Ensures the delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure technology solutions by overseeing system design, support, and continuous improvement, thereby enabling operational excellence and strategic growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leads the analysis and documentation of complex business requirements, conducting requirements gathering sessions to define scope and objectives for new or enhanced systems.
2. Collaborates with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology innovations aligned with organizational strategies.
3. Translates broad business needs into detailed, complex system and application specifications for development and support teams.
4. Oversees the design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure to meet business requirements.
5. Leads testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality, performance, and security standards are met.
6. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
7. Ensures compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements in all system and process activities.
8. Monitors system performance, identifies issues, and implements corrective actions to optimize operational efficiency.
9. Contributes to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating current systems and recommending enhancements.
10. Manages vendor relationships and oversees third-party service providers to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise architecture, or related roles.
3. Strong knowledge of system design, integration, and support of enterprise applications and infrastructure.
4. Experience with requirements gathering, process modelling, and documentation.
5. Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMP are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
2. Experience with cloud platforms and modern development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
3. Certifications in project management or enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman).
4. Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
