Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

New Hire Development & Onboarding

• Coordinate new hire orientation programs and follow-up onboarding sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support new hire development and onboarding roadmaps.
• Enhance the new hire experience through continuous improvement of onboarding content, learning resources, and engagement activities.

Training Facilitation & Program Delivery

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of employee learning activities and programs.
• Develop learning roadmaps for Service Engineers, Application Engineers, and other technical professionals.
• Manage L&D metrics, dashboards, data analytics, and reporting.
• Source, evaluate, and manage external training providers and learning partners.

• Create digital learning content, videos, job aids and multimedia learning assets.

• Explore AI-enabled learning tools, analytics, and digital learning solutions to enhance learner experience and operational effectiveness.

Community & Employee Experience

• Coordinate and execute KLA Foundation programs and volunteer initiatives in Taiwan.
• Localize and promote global KLA Foundation programs to drive employee awareness and participation.
• Partner with NGOs and community organizations to support STEM education, environmental sustainability, and community impact programs.
• Support employee engagement, inclusion, and culture-building initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development,, or related disciplines.
• Experience facilitating learning programs and managing training operations.
• Experience creating digital learning content, multimedia learning assets, or learning communications.
• Experience with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and AI-enabled learning tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
