Powering the agentic revolution in travel. Sabre is an AI-native technology leader, backed by one of the world’s largest travel data clouds. Built on an open, modular, cloud-native architecture, Sabre serves as the backbone for both established leaders and bold, new disruptors, guiding them to the next age of travel retailing through intelligent, connected, and personalized experiences. With AI at its core and operating at unparalleled scale, Sabre transforms insights into innovation, empowering airlines, hoteliers, agencies and other partners to retail, distribute and fulfill travel worldwide.
About the Role
At Sabre, we provide the technology that powers travel agencies and airlines worldwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Review Specialist to join our global Sales Operations team. In this role, you will handle the final stages of our commercial contract process, making sure fully signed agreements are processed correctly, key commercial terms are accurately captured, and our systems are updated.
You will manage contract execution and data entry across our primary business segments: Agency and Airline Technology. The contract data you enter is critical; it directly affects sales commission calculations and ensures we are compliant with internal and external financial audits.
If you enjoy detail-oriented work, have a solid understanding of how commercial contracts work, and have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Excel, and e-signature tools, this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on our team's day-to-day operations and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Execution Management: Route finalized contracts, order forms, and amendments for countersignature using e-signature platforms (such as DocuSign). Track document status and follow-up to ensure all agreements are fully executed before processing.
- Contract Review & Extraction: Thoroughly review fully executed agreements for our primary lines of business to identify key commercial terms, pricing structures, and any non-standard clauses.
- Salesforce & Tracker Management: Enter and update contract details accurately in Salesforce and internal Excel trackers. Maintain clean records and ensure data matches the signed contracts.
- Sales Incentive Support: Ensure closed-won opportunity data is precisely recorded in Salesforce so our Commissions team can calculate sales payouts accurately and on time.
- Audit & Compliance Readiness: Keep contract files and data trackers highly organized to support financial compliance. Help gather and cross-reference documents during internal and external audits.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Commissions teams to quickly resolve any discrepancies between signed contracts and our systems.
- Process Operations: Identify common issues or bottlenecks in the contract workflow and suggest practical ways to make our day-to-day processes more efficient.
Basic Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or Contract Administration.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Salesforce: Strong hands-on experience entering contract data, managing opportunities, and running basic reports.
- Microsoft Excel: Proficiency managing datasets, writing formulas, using data validation, and applying VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to cross-reference data.
- E-Signature Tools: Experience using e-signature platforms (such as DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or HelloSign) to route and track contracts.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy; you understand that minor data entry mistakes can significantly impact financial reporting and sales commissions.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is required to accurately read commercial contracts and collaborate with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with sales compensation or commission structures.
- Familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools or contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.
- Prior experience supporting internal, external, or financial audits.
- Ability to manage high volumes of contract workflows and reviews under tight end-of-quarter deadlines.
