About this opportunity:
Ericsson is offering an opportunity for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team as a Cash Collector. This role centers on facilitating successful cash collection outcomes and maintaining optimum financial relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders. Your mission will be to ensure prompt invoice payments while providing detailed accounts receivable ageing analysis. This will involve crafting proactive action plans and comprehensively resolving collection issues and disputes, all in compliance with speak-up, CoBE, and ABC principles.
What you will do:
\- Proactive follow-up on customer payments.
\- Regular interface with stakeholders.
\- Guarantee adherence to internal compliance requirements.
\- Efficiently manage operations and potential risks.
\- Provide insight and solutions for credit to cash optimization.
\- Conduct accurate cash collection forecasting.
\- Carry out credit management tasks.
\- If applicable, familiarize with and follow up on Letter of Credit payment/Customer Finance and WHT/WHVAT.
