Intake Planning Coordinator

Overview

Foot Locker Pacific is looking for an Intake Planning Coordinator/ Associate Intake Planner to join our Merchandise Planning team and help manage the flow of inventory into the business. 

This role works closely with Buyers, Supply Chain teams, and external vendors to ensure products arrive at the right time and support healthy inventory levels across the business. It is a critical coordination role that helps maintain a sustainable intake flow while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders. 

This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys routine, structured processes, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment. While the role follows established processes and fixed timelines, you will play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

• Coordinating inventory intake across vendors, warehouse operations, and internal teams 

• Managing delivery schedules and monitoring purchase order progress 

• Communicating intake movements and resolving delivery discrepancies 

• Supporting reporting and analysis to help drive informed decision-making 

• Building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Buyers, Planning, Supply Chain teams, and external vendors 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a process-driven environment
• Previous experience in Retail, Allocation, Inventory Management, or a similar field is highly desirable
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders 
• The ability to manage competing priorities within structured processes and strict timelines 
• A proactive and curious mindset, with a desire to understand the bigger picture behind the process
