Reporting to the National Distributor Manager, this role is responsible for managing distributor operations across South Asia (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal) as well as the India distributor network. The primary objective of the Manager - Distribution will be to drive revenue growth, strengthen and expand the distribution network across India, and effectively manage existing distributor partnerships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to industrial sales growth by delivering value-driven solutions to customers while leveraging innovative sales strategies and tools to achieve business objectives. The role will be based in Mumbai, with flexible working hours and a requirement to visit the Head Office twice a week.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

· The position requires strong channel management expertise, commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, distributors, supply chain, finance, service, and regional teams to ensure smooth business operations and sustainable growth.
· Improving sales efficiency through disciplined use of tools such as sales funnels and internal designed software/tools.
· Partnering with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth operations, including payment collections and issue resolution
· Analysing market trends, distributor needs, and competitive activity to refine sales strategies and drive performance

Travel Requirement: Travel across assigned countries and cities will be required as per business needs, distributor management requirements, and growth opportunities.

 The essential requirements of the job include:

· 13–15 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, sales operations, or business development and analysis.
· Prior experience in managing distributors across multiple regions or countries, especially South Asia, will be an added advantage.

·Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.  MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing
· Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., SFDC/Salesforce) and sales funnel management
