About the role
Engineering Services Lead driving a high-performing portfolio of accounts across Healthcare and Consumer industries from strategy to execution. Combines deep domain expertise with hands-on delivery leadership, building top-tier engineering teams and accelerating client outcomes. A trusted advisor in pre-sales, bringing industry insight to shape winning proposals and innovative technical solutions.

Daily challenges

• Stakeholder Management — Building and maintaining relationships with client leadership and internal teams to align delivery with business objectives
• Delivery Management — End-to-end oversight of the assigned project portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-budget, on-quality execution
• Hiring & Resource Management — Talent acquisition, team composition, and capacity planning to meet delivery commitments
• Pre-Sales & Industry Advisory — Active contribution to business development as a domain SME, shaping proposals and technical solutions

eXperience and skills required

• Expertise in IT - 10+ Years
• Experience working with HLS and Consumer domains 5+ Years
• Understanding of product management and engineering processes
• Experience managing large budgets

• Flexible benefit – cafeteria: The individual budget entitlement is 21,500 CZK per fiscal year for each employee with weekly working hours 20h/week and more. It will be uploaded annually on 1st April. Ratio 1:1 for all benefits, the validity of the points is 12 months. There is a possibility to transfer points to Saving Account with an additional 24 months of validity of the points. Vendor Benefit Plus. Policy: Flexible Benefits – Cafeteria. 
• 5 weeks of vacation: Company provides 1 week of vacation entitlement above the legal requirements. Policy: Vacation policy. 
• Sick Days: A sick day is provided by the employer for the case of an acute illness of an employee lasting for a short time or personal emergency. Every employee is entitled to a max. of 3 working days as “sick days” during a calendar year.  Policy: Remuneration policy. 
• Employee Assistance Program: All employees of DXC and their family members may use the services of company Magellan in the areas of professional coaching and consultations for business or personal issues. 
• Flexible Working Hours: The company enables flexible working hours and the employee is allowed to set the start and the end of working hours by himself/herself, subject to an agreement with the manager and according to the habits of the department. The employee is obliged to work between 9.30 a.m. and 3,30 p.m. and fulfill contractual working hours in the calendar month. 
• Multisport Card: Available for all employees. Payment for the card 1050 CZK monthly is deducted from the salary.
