Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to serve as the General Manager of Proof, our Classic American restaurant, overseeing the daily operations, performance, and success of this signature dining destination. This role leads a talented team, drives financial results, and ensures an exceptional dining experience that reflects Four Seasons' renowned service standards. We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to cultivating a strong team culture while elevating the restaurant's continued success.
What you will do
Lead all aspects of Proof and In Casita Dining operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to Four Seasons service standards.
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and operational excellence.
Drive financial performance through effective management of revenue, labor, food and beverage costs, inventory, and overall operating expenses.
Partner with Culinary and Beverage leadership to deliver innovative dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and execution.
Serve as a visible leader by building strong relationships with guests, employees, and resort leadership while supporting strategic initiatives, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operating standards.
What you bring
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in luxury hospitality or upscale dining environments.
Proven track record of managing high-volume restaurant operations.
Experience within Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, or luxury resort environments preferred.
Valid authorization to work in the United States.
