Dishwasher, Armani Caffè (FT)

As a Dishwasher at Armani Caffè, you will be part of a diverse hospitality team committed to creating an exceptional guest experience rooted in warmth, authenticity, precision, and genuine hospitality. You will maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and availability of dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, equipment, and back-of-house work areas, supporting the elegant and efficient execution of service associated with the Giorgio Armani brand.

In this role, you will operate dishwashing equipment, sort and wash serviceware and cookware, maintain sanitation standards, remove waste, replenish clean items, and support opening, service, and closing activities. You will also assist with general cleaning, organization, and basic kitchen support duties as trained and assigned. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and coordination with the culinary and front-of-house teams will support seamless service and a refined caffè experience.

You take pride in cleanliness, organization, food safety, careful handling of serviceware and equipment, and consistently completing work to established standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous dishwasher, stewarding, kitchen, restaurant, café, or comparable hospitality experience preferred; high-volume restaurant experience is an asset
• FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent food-safety certification is preferred and must be obtained and maintained where required for assigned duties
• Working knowledge of commercial dishwashing, sanitation, food safety, cleaning chemicals, equipment safety, waste handling, and cross-contamination prevention is preferred
• Ability to operate dishwashing equipment, safely handle chemicals and fragile items, organize competing priorities, and follow sanitation and safety standards consistently
• Strong communication, organization, time-management, reliability, and teamwork skills, with the ability to remain composed and productive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other language skills are not required but are considered an asset
