As Program Manager II, you will oversee and advance multiple projects, guiding assignments through each phase of delivery. In this role, you will serve as the primary assessment program manager for the School of Health Professions, which encompasses 15 distinct programs. You will create, implement and oversee a program effectiveness plan, including evaluating program outcomes, designing and disseminating surveys, analyzing survey results, and defining and recommending program improvements based on those results. This position will be responsible for ongoing assessment, alumni relations and supporting accreditation activities, including site visits at various locations. You will focus on implementing new improvement initiatives, identifying issues and solving problems as they arise. This role offers growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support and numerous professional development resources.

 

A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Candidates must reside in Northeast Ohio and be able to travel to different Cleveland Clinic locations throughout Northeast Ohio multiple times a month.

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities.
• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
• Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
• Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
• Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
• Provide leadership and coordination for institutional and programmatic assessment and outcomes tracking across all School of Health Professions programs.
• Oversee the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of student and program outcomes (e.g., retention, completion, credentialing participation and pass rates, graduate placement, and satisfaction) in alignment with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional goals.
• Lead the development, implementation, and annual review of Program Effectiveness Plans (PEPs) to ensure continuous compliance with accreditor expectations.
• Collaborate with Program Directors and school leadership to analyze outcomes data, identify trends, and implement data-informed improvement strategies that support a culture of continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate outcomes-related accreditation activities, including preparation of self-evaluation reports, annual and monitoring reports, site visit documentation, and supporting data exhibits.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of outcomes data and narratives across accreditation materials, institutional publications, and public disclosures.
• Oversee survey administration and analysis for students, graduates, employers, and stakeholders; monitor participation rates and satisfaction metrics; and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage graduate follow-up processes to support employment verification, credentialing outcomes, and institutional reporting.
• Oversee alumni communications and engagement strategies to support ongoing relationships with graduates and institutional outreach efforts.
• Coordinate alumni surveys and employment follow-up activities to support program outcomes reporting and accreditation requirements.
• Partner with Program Directors, Registrar, Student Affairs, Documentation and Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive assessment, reporting, and data integrity practices across the student lifecycle.
• Provide training and guidance to faculty and staff on outcomes definitions, data collection standards, and assessment methodologies.
• Support institutional committees, accreditation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts through active participation and subject matter expertise.

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training

• OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience
• OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills 
• Certification may be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

• Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
• Higher education experience
• Professional experience in designing, implementing, or evaluating assessment processes in a higher education setting

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
• Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
