Description
SUMMARY:
We are searching for a Part-time Customer Service Rep with Medical Scheduling skills to work in our Round Rock, North Austin and Georgetown areas. Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Make outbound calls and take inbound calls.
- Ensure the office has correct demographic and insurance information on file.
- Schedule patients for advanced physical exams.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
- Call on campaigns to schedule.
- Meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals.
- Proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
- Ensure patients comfort by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering patient questions.
- Update patient records.
- Follow all HIPAA regulations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience with EMR Systems. Preferably Epic, ECW and Athena.
- POSITIVE, professional attitude and code of conduct.
- Ability to meet goals.
- Passionate about helping people and healthcare.
- Excellent, professional communication skills.
Job Type: Part time.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
Schedule:
- Hours 8am-5:00pm
- Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.
Work Location: In person - Round Rock, North Austin and Occasionally Georgetown
