Provide safety performance reporting, insights and recommendations to the ANZ Leadership Team.
Who You Are
We're looking for a passionate and influential safety leader who thrives in complex operational environments and is driven to create safer, healthier workplaces where people can perform at their best.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Extensive experience leading and shaping WHS strategy across large, complex, multi-site organisations.
Significant experience within operationally intensive environments such as warehousing, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, consumer goods, or related industries.
Deep expertise in Australian and New Zealand WHS legislation, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes.
Proven success implementing and embedding ISO 45001 or comparable safety management systems that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
A demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, build trusted partnerships, and lead sustainable organisational change.
Strong capability in risk management, governance, incident investigation, and the development of proactive safety cultures.
Experience driving wellbeing initiatives, managing psychosocial risk programs, and overseeing workers' compensation frameworks to support holistic employee health and safety.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Work Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
Why You'll Stand Out
Beyond your technical expertise, you're a strategic and people focused leader who can inspire others, challenge the status quo, and champion a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.
