JOB PURPOSE
The Admissions team is looking for reliable and enthusiastic student workers to greet visitors entering the Frank Manor House. These students are an integral part of the Admissions Visit Program. Your role is to be a welcoming presence to all who wander in.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome visitors to the Frank Manor House
Utilize our Slate CRM and phones to check-in visitors
Fulfill other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE
Work shifts will be from 8:30 am - 5 pm and take place in 3-5 hour blocks.
We anticipate students in this position to work 10 hours per week.
RATE OF PAY
$16.80 / hour
WORK STUDY REQUIREMENT
Federal or L&C Work Study preferred but not required
PREFERENCES
A reliable, flexible, patient person who is a quick learner with good judgment, leadership skills, and has strong interpersonal skills
Work experience in an office setting is a plus
Customer service experience is required
Experience working in an office setting preferred but not required
Experience with CRM or similar tools preferred but not required
