Job Description

As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Bowling Green, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and team members while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and building perimeters to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, directing guests and contractors as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
