- Process move-out statements and security deposit dispositions accurately and within required deadlines.
- Manage resident disposition statuses within property management software, from move-out notice through final ledger reconciliation and write-off.
- Ensure security deposit dispositions comply with applicable state requirements and deadlines.
- Provide timely support to on-site teams regarding property management software issues and system-related questions through email, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Troubleshoot system issues independently and escalate recurring or complex issues when necessary.
- Perform systems administration tasks within property management platforms as directed by leadership.
- Support Collections teams by researching and resolving past-resident disposition discrepancies.
- Handle questions and issues related to resident screening and property management platforms, coordinating with vendors when needed.
- Submit insurance or deposit-related claims on behalf of properties and ensure all required information is accurate and complete.
- Post applicable refunds or adjustments to resident ledgers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to move-outs, support requests, claims, and system activity.
- Identify process gaps, recurring system issues, and potential compliance risks and communicate them to leadership.
- Collaborate with property teams, Collections, operations, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Help establish and improve centralized processes, workflows, and tracking systems.
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience, ideally in a Community Director, Assistant Community Director, Property Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of residential property management operations.
- Experience working with property management software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Working knowledge of security deposit dispositions and move-out processes.
- Ability to accurately apply state-specific requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling financial information, resident records, and documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and escalate issues appropriately.
- Comfortable managing multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software.
- Experience with Snappt, LeaseLock, or comparable property management platforms.
- Experience supporting centralized, regional, or multi-property operations.
- Experience working with Collections or resident account reconciliation.
- Experience with systems administration or operational support.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Arizona business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM MST).
Compensation: USD salary
