Description
Job Duties:
- Execute strategic and operational initiates supporting physician operations and clinical innovation.
- Serve as the trusted advisor and primary administrative partner to the physician organization, fostering strong physician relationships, facilitating engagement, and ensuring physician needs and concerns are effectively represented and addressed.
- Manage and coordinate physician administration activities, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and follow-through across clinical teams. Manage administrative operations related to physician support, clinical governance, compliance, and quality programs.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects involving physicians, operational leaders, technology teams, and administrative staff, monitoring timelines, deliverables and performance outcomes to achieve organizational goals.
- Partner with physicians and operational leaders to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency across the physician organization.
- Support physician engagement, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Partner with clinical, technology, and operational stakeholders to drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and processes, while providing progress updates and outcome reporting to executive leadership.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
- Coordinate innovation initiatives, pilot programs, and process improvements to enhance clinical operations and patient care outcomes.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to consistently achieve performance goals.
- Deliver timely, constructive feedback, recognizing achievements and addressing performance issues when needed.
- Assess staffing requirements and partner with HR to recruit, hire, and seamlessly onboard new employees.

- Make strategic, well-justified decisions in alignment with organizational policies and objectives.
- Direct operational, budgetary, and financial activities within area of responsibility.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of healthcare administration, physician operations, project management, or clinical operations experience.
- Experience supporting physician leadership and cross-functional healthcare initiatives preferred.
- Experience in imaging, radiology, or other clinical healthcare environments preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to build effective partnerships across clinical and operational teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience interpreting operational and performance data.
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, EMR, and healthcare information systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems.
