At ICON, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner on a contact basis to play a critical role in attracting the talent that drives innovation in healthcare and clinical research around the world.

What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (inital 6 month contract) you'll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver world-class recruitment solutions. You'll:
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and build tailored hiring strategies.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to drive smarter hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects ICON's values and employer brand.
Champion innovative sourcing approaches, recruitment technology, and best practices.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a passionate talent acquisition professional who combines commercial awareness with a people-first approach.
You'll have:
Experience recruiting within healthcare, clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise.
Experience managing complex recruitment projects and multiple priorities.
A data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
