Job Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, personalized service while promoting, booking and confirming reservations for room and transportation for all segments
Promote return business by expressing the company’s philosophy of hospitality in all customer interactions
Demonstrate a complete working knowledge of all room types, room amenities and general knowledge of MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI, ensuring considerable cross-sales potential between outlets, including all Food and Beverage outlets and Spa
Perform all duties in accordance with MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI’s policies and within the realm of MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI’s Mission Statement
Job Requirements:
Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders
The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
