Machine/Waterjet Operator

Machine/Waterjet Operator - 2nd shift **SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE**

As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate a wide variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products. You will work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks.

Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (greater Cleveland area)

Schedule: Monday- Thursday (12:00pm - 10:00pm)

Pay Range: $21-$23/hour

Your Challenge:

• Accurately following and interpreting instructions, procedures and drawings

• Setting-up, operating and maintaining equipment used in the production of the company's product in order to carry out manufacturing processes

• Verifying quality of product at the required intervals and verify accuracy of all work

• May be responsible for in-process inspections

• Checking and inspecting operation results against predetermined tolerances

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalency required

• Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted

• Math skills – ability to complete basic calculations e.g. converting fractions to decimals

• Knowledge of measuring tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.

• Basic PC Skills

• Ability to operate a fork-truck

• Basic mechanical ability to maintain / repair equipment

• Knowledge of CNC / CAD / CAM (Recommended)
