Sales Ambassador (Beauty Products)

💰 Salary & Benefits

• 💵 Basic Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,200
• 💸 Monthly Commission: S$800 – S$2,400
• 💸Housing and Grooming Allowance: $280
• 🎁 Guaranteed Commission During Probation: S$300/month for the first 3 months, even if sales targets are not achieved. If your earned commission exceeds S$300, the higher commission will be paid. 
• 💄 Grooming Allowance: S$80/month
• 🚀 Attractive earning potential with uncapped sales incentives!
• Working Hours: AM and PM shifts, 8-12 hours depending on stores

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure products are well-stocked and merchandised effectively to maximize sales.
• Handle cash and company assets in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with monthly stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail, sales, or the FMCG industry.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
