We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Field Product Specialist to accelerate the growth of our Cardiovascular business across Spain. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer partnerships, and expanding the adoption of Cordis technologies across target accounts.
The initial focus of the position will be supporting the successful introduction and growth of SELUTION SLR™ within peripheral interventions, together with other complementary therapies within the portfolio. As our business continues to evolve, the scope of responsibility may expand to additional cardiovascular product lines.
This position combines strategic account management, business development, clinical engagement, and customer education to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional customer experience.

Responsabilidades
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Performance & Territory Growth
- Achieve or exceed sales objectives and territory performance targets.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans that identify growth opportunities and maximize market penetration.
- Drive adoption of Cordis technologies through effective clinical and value-based selling.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts.
- Support tender processes, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations in alignment with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management through CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Customer & Clinical Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with physicians, cath-lab teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital decision-makers.
- Act as a knowledgeable partner to customers by delivering product, clinical, and procedural expertise.
- Support product evaluations, customer training initiatives, and clinical case coverage as required.
- Collaborate with customers to identify unmet needs and develop solutions that improve patient care and procedural outcomes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market dynamics, and emerging clinical trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
- Contribute market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support commercial strategy and product development.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with applicable laws, industry regulations, quality standards, and Cordis policies.
Calificaciones
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant commercial experience.
- Proven success in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or clinical sales.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business, manage complex accounts, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and effectively communicate technical and clinical information.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong business acumen.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
- Cardiovascular, endovascular, peripheral vascular, or interventional medicine.
- PTA, drug-eluting technologies, or vascular intervention products.
- Experience working within hospital environments, cath labs, and interventional specialties.
