Paid Search Manager (B2B)

 

We're seeking a Paid Search Manager to support strategy and execution across enterprise and mid-market accounts within Wpromote's growing B2B practice. This individual contributor (IC) role will partner with senior team members to drive performance through thoughtful campaign management, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has experience managing paid search campaigns within an agency environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll help manage search initiatives across multiple campaigns, products, and audiences while partnering with Client Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and other channel teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $74,000 - $90,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget.  The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

 

*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions
