The MGD is responsible for the complete design process from conception to completion. Pushing Freedom to Fail by exploring new ideas and implementing them into animations, Smarter Every Day by researching new animation techniques and sharing them with other Graphic Designers on the team, Building Relationships that Last by contributing to the content team throughout each step of the creative process, Respecting Others by being open to giving/receiving constructive criticism in a respectful manner, Passion to be the Best by constantly improving their skills and not settling for the status quo, and Enjoy the Journey by having fun and passion for the work you do!
