The Role:

The Legal AI & Contract Management Associate supports the implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of AI-enabled solutions across the firm's contract management engagements. Working under the direction of the existing Legal AI lead and alongside legal delivery teams, the role translates contract review expertise and client requirements into reliable prompts, workflows, playbooks and quality controls.

The position combines practical legal analysis with hands-on AI configuration and implementation support. Its purpose is to help teams use AI safely and consistently to improve quality, speed, scalability and user experience, while maintaining appropriate human review and accountability.
