Collaboration with team members and iterative refinement of software features are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that the solutions meet specific business objectives and performance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously improve software quality by identifying issues and implementing effective fixes.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components using modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with system integration and ensuring seamless communication between different software modules.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance to meet high standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
