Associate Director

Role Overview

The Associate Director – Business Analyst is responsible for leading the organization's business analysis function by driving strategic initiatives, digital transformation, process optimization, and business solution delivery. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The incumbent will lead a team of Business Analysts, establish best practices, drive governance, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enable enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.Associate Director

Key Responsibilities

### Strategic Leadership

* Define and execute the Business Analysis strategy aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
* Partner with executive leadership to identify business opportunities and recommend technology-enabled solutions.
* Drive enterprise process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
* Establish Business Analysis governance, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
* Lead business capability assessments, process transformation, and organizational change initiatives.

### Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

* Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for strategic programs and enterprise initiatives.
* Gather, analyze, validate, and prioritize business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
* Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, business cases, and solution specifications.
* Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and impact assessments.
* * Evaluate solution options and recommend optimal approaches based on business objectives.
* Ensure business requirements are traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

### Stakeholder Management

* Build strong relationships with business leaders and technology teams across Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, Procurement, Risk, and Corporate Functions.
* Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Present business cases, solution recommendations, project updates, and executive summaries to senior leadership.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus across multiple business units.

### Process Improvement & Governance

* Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
* Develop and maintain business process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and operating models.
* Ensure compliance with governance standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
* Drive adoption of Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement practices.

### Leadership & People Management

* Lead, mentor, and develop Business Analysts across multiple projects and business domains.
* Establish performance metrics, development plans, and capability-building initiatives.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
* Support resource planning, project prioritization, and capacity management.
