ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Team Leader to lead Corporate Actions content production group size of 12-16 people Responsible for the day-to-day operations including all talent hiring, mange life cycle of employees, Coach, train and develop staff within their group including providing direct feedback on performance and conduct performance reviews. Responsible for achieving or exceeding service and quality targets for the group.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Motivate, support and develop staff to enhance and maintain the ability to adapt to the changing requirements of a continuously evolving business environment.

• Inspires team to meet customer requirements and improve quality standards by setting high standards

• Ensure that teams meet relevant compliance needs of the organisation such as data use restrictions requirements.

• Advises the team of matters which affect them and their ability to perform in their job.

• May be consulted on to help determine scope and resource requirements for content enhancements or new builds of Content coverage.

• Maintains Ownership and compliance for sources used in content set.

• Trains to ensure that there is an appropriate level of product, customer and systems development awareness to help understand the broad picture and make good decisions.

• Maintains a stable operational environment and clear allocation of duties within own team.

• Prioritises regular operational activities and advise managers of potential difficulties.

• Uses Six Sigma processes within the team to collate statistical information to help operational management of issues, improve quality and reduce costs/waste.

• Communicates effectively with other Data personnel, globally, sharing knowledge at all times and adopting best practice.

• Leads team and ensures all escalation/issues are handled appropriately and according to company policy. Drives the Content Incentive Plan effectively within the team and communicate on an ongoing basis to staff around the performance of the team.

Compensation Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 120,900 zł - 191,300 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
