About the Role
As Identity Solution Owner, you will be responsible for two key global solutions that support Essity's identity, consent and access management capabilities. The first is the Identity & Consent Hub (ICH), Essity's platform for managing customer identities, preferences and consent in compliance with data privacy requirements. The second is Essity OneID, a growing identity and access management solution that enables secure access for external customers and business partners.
You will connect business needs, technology, compliance and user experience, helping global teams make better use of identity and consent capabilities. You will work closely with architects, technical teams, legal, compliance, marketing stakeholders and external partners to operate, improve and mature these solutions.

What You Will Do
Solution Ownership: Own day-to-day operations for the Identity & Consent Hub and support the development and maturity of Essity OneID.
Operations Management: Monitor the solution offering, manage SLAs, identify issues proactively and coordinate improvements with relevant teams.
Compliance & Data Quality: Support data quality and data compliance activities in alignment with legal, digital standards and compliance stakeholders.
Change Management: Analyze the impact of functional changes, approve functional updates and ensure changes are clearly communicated.
Issue Resolution: Act as an escalation point for incidents and connect with agencies and connected platforms to understand data flows and resolve issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand user needs, map processes and define what is missing.
Adoption & Knowledge Sharing: Promote solution features, create training materials, run sessions and maintain the knowledge hub.
Who You Are
You have a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field.
You bring significant, and at least 3+ years of experience in solution ownership, IT solution management, identity management, or a comparable digital technology role.
You have knowledge of identity and access management, consent management, personal data handling, GDPR and digital marketing data flows, with experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud or comparable tools being valuable.
You are analytical, self-organized and self-driven, with strong communication skills, intercultural awareness, stakeholder management capability and the confidence to turn complex topics into clear actions.

This role can be based in Munich, Gothenburg, Lisbon, Hamburg or Mannheim, with Munich as the preferred location.
