Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues promptly
- Prepare and review technical reports, daily logs, and progress documentation
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction phases and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Support the procurement process by verifying materials and equipment delivery
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer or similar role in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various construction sites
