AI Product & Game Technology Lead, Limassol, Cyprus.
Applied AI / Full-Stack / Founding Engineer
Build the technology behind a new generation of leadership simulation games.
Our client is developing an AI-native behavioural intelligence platform delivered through in-person, multi-participant simulation games. The experience combines live human interaction with voice capture, conversational AI, multi-agent AI and behavioural analytics to reveal how people actually lead, collaborate, negotiate and make decisions in complex situations.
The games are played in person by leadership teams, with technology providing each participant with their role, traits, objectives and instructions, together with an embedded AI Oracle that acts as a private strategic sounding board throughout the experience.
The company is now building the technology platform that will allow multiple games to be developed, delivered and ultimately licensed to organisations and consultants internationally.
The role
We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on technology professional to help turn the existing game concept into a fully functioning product.
You will work directly with the founders and creative team, building and integrating the technology across:
- Mobile-first player experiences
- AI Oracles and AI game characters
- LLMs, conversational and agentic AI
- Voice capture, speech-to-text and speaker identification
- Player and AI interaction data
- AI-driven behavioural analysis
- Individual and collective reporting
- Game configuration and deployment
- The underlying platform for future games
This is not an infrastructure role or a traditional CTO position. We are looking for a builder who enjoys prototyping, testing, problem-solving and getting technology into the hands of real users.
About you
You may be an AI Product Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, Founding Engineer, Technical Product Builder or Technical Lead with experience taking technology from concept to functioning product.
You should be comfortable working hands-on with modern AI technologies and APIs and have strong product instincts.
Experience with voice/audio AI, conversational AI, behavioural analytics, gaming, simulations, learning & development or assessment technology would be highly relevant.
Most importantly, you enjoy solving problems where the answer doesn't already exist.
The opportunity
This is an early-stage opportunity to help shape a product at the intersection of AI, technology, behavioural science, leadership and game design, with Cyprus as the base for its technology and creative development.
