Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual coaching sessions with assigned clients
- Provide skill-based, short-term work focused on situational, developmental, or performance-based concerns.
- Help clients build specific skills and reach concrete goals around everyday challenges and in the areas where they might feel stuck.
Requirements:
- Coaching Certification
- Bachelor’s in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience providing coaching, mentoring, youth development, or similar support services to K-12 students
- Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms
- Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and internet connection
- Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage prior to beginning services and list Gaggle as an additional insured
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Experience providing virtual coaching
