Job Summary

Where You’ll Make a Difference
• Support financial close processes (month-end, quarter-end, year-end) ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses
• Support preparation of statutory financial statements and management reporting
• Coordinate with Global Business Services teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
• Prepare and/or review indirect and direct tax filings (VAT, corporate tax) where required
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests
• Execute and monitor internal controls ensuring proper documentation and compliance
• Provide financial insights and support to business stakeholders and finance leadership
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tax, Treasury, Technical Accounting, Reporting)
• Support supervision and mentoring of junior accounting staff
• Supports the preparation and integrity of legal entity financial statements for assigned countries
• Acts as a key contact point for finance and controllership matters within the country scope
• Supports interactions with external authorities (auditors, tax authorities) as part of audit and compliance processes
• Operates within a shared services environment, coordinating closely with offshore/onshore delivery teams
• Contributes to maintaining a strong internal control environment and compliance
• Participates in cross-functional and finance transformation projects
What Makes You the Right Fit
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience including financial close and reporting
• Experience in multinational environments and multi-GAAP reporting
• Exposure to audit, tax, treasury or finance operations is an advantage
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
