Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes seeks a dynamic Division President to lead our entry into the Indianapolis market, building a strong foundation for long-term growth and success.
What is the opportunity?
The Division President is responsible for leading the start-up and expansion of the Indianapolis market while providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for all Division communities. This leader will drive business performance, profitability, and operational excellence across all functional areas, including Land & Forward Planning, Finance, Production & Quality, Purchasing & Resourcing, Marketing & Sales, and Customer Experience.
The Division President will develop and execute both short- and long-term business strategies, establish organizational goals, and lead high-performing teams to achieve financial and operational objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong track record of driving growth, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional business results.
What are the primary responsibilities?
Strategic Leadership
Lead the Division’s strategic direction, operational performance, and growth, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans, operating strategies, and growth initiatives to drive profitability and market success.
Assess long-range planning initiatives, new business opportunities, and operational improvements to enhance performance, efficiency, and financial results.
Financial Management
Develop and execute the Division’s financial business plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management strategies that support growth and profitability objectives.
Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance on key business decisions.
Monitor financial results and implement strategies to maximize profitability and return on investment.
Operational Excellence
Lead Division operations to drive business performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
Optimize organizational structure, processes, and business practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
Ensure operational performance meets quality, customer experience, and production standards.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Build and lead a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Develop organizational capability through leadership coaching, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
Champion employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience with responsibility for overall business operations and profitability.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

This position requires on-site presence five days per week.
