You Are:
You're a self-sufficient operator leading more complex workstreams. You shape business cases and success metrics, begin to define the digital product strategy, and start to lead small teams.
The Work:
PRODUCT CRAFT
Leads sprint backlog readiness and planning across larger, more complex workstreams
Provides input to product vision and roadmap
Begins to define the digital product strategy
Crafts a compelling quantitative business case that ties business impact to prioritized features
Understands the client's business strategy and industry; crafts product recommendations against business objectives
Strategic product thinker — identifies new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape
Begins to define success metrics and influence product direction
Formulates product roadmaps for epic definition and development; provides a POV to support release-strategy approach
Works through cross-program team problems — product-related challenges
Leverages AI for business casing, roadmap analysis, and data synthesis
CLIENT AND CONSULTING
Recognized as a trusted partner to clients and senior stakeholders
Manages client interactions confidently and professionally
Anticipates client needs and proactively addresses risks
Coaches others on stakeholder management and communication

6Here’s What You’ll Need:
Minimum 3 years of management and delivery experience
Minimum 3 years of experience with proven ability to create, manage, and deliver a successful product roadmap
Experience crafting a quantitative business case that ties business impact delivered by product to prioritized features
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position
Demonstrated use of AI tools on substantive product work — business casing, roadmap analysis, data synthesis — with a clear point of view on where AI adds value and where it does not
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Must be eligible to obtain Reliability Security clearance
Bonus Points If:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Experience with client-facing responsibility or accountability for product delivery
Experience with people leadership, coaching, and training
Experience guiding a team on responsible, effective use of AI in product work
Analytical and strategic decision-making coupled with product planning and prioritization
Ability to partner with clients to set goals and measures of success for product teams
Extensive knowledge of product delivery models from inception to execution
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Rally, and Version One for tracking project scope
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience in SAFe, Scrum, Lean, and Kanban methodologies
Certification in Agile (POPM, APM, CSPO)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
