Package Handler

Flowly Solutions is a premier relocation, assembly, and repair company. Because we handle high-value logistics for our clients, the way we prep and pack our freight is crucial. We are expanding our warehouse team and looking for meticulous, hard-working individuals to help us manage outbound shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Expertly wrap, cushion, and box client items to guarantee they survive transit without a scratch.
• Construct, tape, and stage shipping containers for daily order volumes.
• Generate accurate carrier labels, attach them securely, and sort outgoing freight to the correct loading zones.
• Use handheld RF scanners to process inventory and log data into our warehouse management system.
• Conduct final audits on departing orders to verify all pieces are present and immediately flag any fulfillment errors.
• Operate manual pallet jacks to safely transport bulk goods and inventory across the facility.
• Assist the broader team with unloading incoming deliveries and staging outgoing freight for dispatch.

Qualifications:

• Previous background in logistics, packing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• A strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for spotting mistakes and care about quality control.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving around the floor for your entire shift.
• You can safely lift, pull, and push inventory weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Ability for learning basic software and operating barcode scanners.
• No prior education requirement.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, no weekends
• 5:00 am - 1:30 pm with overtime
