Partner Sales Operations Analyst, LATAM
Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid)
Role Overview:
Partner Sales Operations helps Genesys scale its partner ecosystem across Latin America through actionable insights, strong operating discipline, and effective collaboration. As Partner Sales Operations Analyst, LATAM, you will partner with regional leaders to strengthen forecasting, pipeline management, performance analytics, and partner execution across resellers, distributors, hyperscalers, and system integrators.
You will turn complex data into clear recommendations that support executive decisions and improve partner productivity. At Genesys, we use AI-powered experience orchestration to help organizations create more personalized customer and employee experiences, giving you exposure to regional strategy, senior leadership, and global partner initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive a consistent Partner Sales operating cadence across LATAM, strengthening forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, deal reviews, and account planning to improve visibility and execution.
Develop standardized KPIs, performance benchmarks, dashboards, and diagnostic analytics that provide actionable insight into partner performance and business health.
Translate complex partner and sales data into clear recommendations that support strategic decisions, QBRs, weekly operating meetings, and executive reviews.
Partner with regional Partner Sales leaders to identify performance opportunities, strengthen accountability, and drive expected business outcomes across the partner ecosystem.
Enable Partner Sales teams to use actionable dashboards and analytics for targeting, performance management, partner activities, and business planning.
Drive alignment between partners, Partner Sales, and direct Sales teams through clear operating processes and Rules of Engagement that improve collaboration and execution.
Resolve compensation and account-related queries by coordinating with regional Partner Sales leaders, Compensation, and relevant stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate outcomes.
Influence continuous improvement across partner operations by identifying process gaps, scaling effective practices, and supporting globally consistent ways of working.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a closely related function within a global cloud or SaaS company.
Demonstrated experience working directly with senior sales leadership and translating data into insights that support strategic and executive decision-making.
Proven ability to manage forecasting, pipeline governance, CRM processes, performance analytics, QBRs, and recurring sales operating cadences.
Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and performance benchmarks using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving change across partner, sales, operations, and compensation teams.
Proven ability to navigate complexity, solve ambiguous business problems, and convert findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and diverse regional stakeholders.
Advanced English proficiency required to communicate and collaborate effectively with global teams.
MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or Computer Science, preferred.
SQL and/or Python proficiency strongly preferred.
