- Documentation & Reporting - Manage all paperwork related to the movement of goods and materials—everything from bills of lading and order forms to price lists, pick tickets, credits, write-offs, and SAP inventory adjustments. Prepare detailed reports on inventory, price lists, variances, and daily pick tickets using specialized software or Excel, providing essential insights for the team.
- Scheduling & Inventory Support - Coordinate and schedule receiving and shipping appointments to keep the flow of goods seamless. Support monthly inventory counts by generating count sheets for the warehouse floor and entering data into SAP, helping ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Equipment & Maintenance Tracking - Track maintenance and service records for all warehouse machinery and equipment, keeping everything in top working condition to avoid downtime.
- Administrative Duties - Process and distribute weekly reports to accounting for proper chargebacks to respective companies. Organize and file all daily requisitions efficiently, maintaining easy access and record accuracy. Answer phones professionally and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to perform basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, SAP and other office equipment.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced setting, problem solve and effectively work in a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- General knowledge of warehouse/inventory procedures, a plus.
- Bilingual, preferred.

- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- The plant environment will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Frequently required to stand, use hands and/or fingers to grasp, handle, feel, reach and pull; and talk or hear. Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
