Position Title: Facility Sustainment Analyst
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Fort Bragg, NC
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Facility Sustainment Analyst to support the United States Army Reserve (USAR) in Fort Bragg, NC. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a willingness to jump in where needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide integrated program analysis, knowledge management, data analytics, and facility sustainment support to the USARC G 3/5/7 Engineers. Support includes management of the Army Reserve Centralized Fire Alarm Monitoring Program, facilities data integration, process improvement, and decision-support functions that enhance operational readiness, infrastructure planning, and life safety compliance across the Army Reserve enterprise.
- Serve as the POC for the Army Reserve Centralized Fire Alarm Monitoring Program, responding to inquiries and elevating those issues with the Program that cannot be resolved at their level to the USARC POC.
- Track the availability of buildings not yet being monitored under the Centralized Fire Alarm Monitoring Program and provide coordination between the Fire Monitoring Company and Army Reserve personnel to schedule fire alarm connections to buildings not currently connected.
- Request and track the status of the installation of Plain Old Telephone System (POTS) lines to the fire panel through the G-6 work order system.
- Verify and update the E911 addresses of locations as the site is added to the monitoring contract to ensure that the correct E911 address is on file with the Fire Monitoring Company.
- Update, on a quarterly basis, the Army Reserve Listing of contact personnel for fire notification.
- Provide each site newly added to the Centralized Fire Alarm Monitoring Program a Fire Monitoring Notification Letter.
- Republish the Fire Monitoring Notification letter to all enrolled sites on an annual basis.
- Attend a weekly teleconference with the Fire Monitoring Company, USARC, and RD DPW Personnel on the status of the Centralized Fire Alarm Monitoring Program.
- Update the meeting minutes completed by the USARC POC with outstanding items being worked, items that need discussion, and any updated status on issues discussed during the weekly teleconferences.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from Army Reserve facilities systems, including but not limited to RPLANS, ISR-I, GFEBS, BUILDER, PRIDE, and fire protection program data sources.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that visualize facility readiness, fire alarm monitoring status, project execution, funding trends, real property utilization, and long-range planning metrics.
- Automate recurring reports using Power BI data models and refresh schedules, conduct trend analysis to support resource prioritization and strategic planning, validate data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support the development of MILCON, FSRM, and facility sustainment program submissions using integrated analytics.
- Track project statuses, funding actions, facility readiness indicators, and fire alarm monitoring progress, and shall prepare documentation for planning boards, synchronization meetings, and command updates.
- Provide analytical support for stationing actions, real property adjustments, and force structure changes, and shall attend Organization Inspection Program events
- Identify inefficiencies in information flow, data management, and decision processes, and shall develop automated workflows and data pipelines supporting Power BI dashboards.
- Recommend and implement improvements aligned with Army Knowledge Management doctrine and shall create standardized templates, workflows, and knowledge products to support consistent execution across the enterprise.
- Prepare agendas, read-ahead materials, and minutes for facilities and fire protection program working groups.
- Provide Power BI visualizations during briefings and leadership engagements, maintain a battle rhythm calendar for facilities and fire protection program events, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including USARC staff, IMCOM, USACE, OCAR, ARIMD, RD DPWs, and the Fire Monitoring Company.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Security Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain CAC clearance.
This position requires passing an extensive background check.
Mental and Physical Requirements:
This position is based in an office environment, primarily involving computer work, meetings, and collaboration with team members.
- Ability to perform prolonged computer-based work, including use of a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in program analysis, facility sustainment, data analytics, project tracking, or related Army/DoD facilities support.
- Associates degree in degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Experience collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple information systems.
- Proficiency with Power BI, including dashboards, data models, visualizations, and automated reporting.
- Experience with Army facility or financial systems such as RPLANS, ISR-I, GFEBS, BUILDER, and PRIDE preferred.
- Valid Real-ID state-issued driver's license
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent and accurate written communication
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; Strong proficiency with Microsoft office products required
- Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry
