Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and measurable growth marketing plans aligned with regional business objectives in close collaboration with the sales team.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation.
- Own the demand generation funnel, creating relevant buyer journeys to deliver measurable business value (KPI-driven) and optimize conversion rates.
- Analyze and evaluate campaign performance regularly, leveraging data to make informed decisions and continuously improve results.
- Manage the NSS budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content Marketing, Digital, BDRs) and external agencies, while maintaining alignment with SEO/SEA colleagues for overall strategy coherence.
- Work with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up processes.
- Translating data insights from across the acquisition funnel into impactful, measurable initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Degree in Marketing, CRM, Sales, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and preferably within the software industry.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, self-driven approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of customer and team orientation.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and familiarity with Google Suite (Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken), any other European language is a plus.
- Ideally, prior management experience.
- Willingness to travel as required.
