Position Summary
Precision Pipeline Solutions is looking for an IT Support / Digital Producer who has good customer service skills and technical knowledge. We offer paid certification training, company phone, and equipment. Must be a self-starter and be able to meet goals and deadlines. Team and solo work environment. This is an in-office position with the occasional work from home. Starting wage is based on experience.
*This position requires minimal travel and candidate must have a reliable form of transportation.
Job Description
- Builds and maintains company web pages and company website
- Use and operation of power apps
- Use and operation of Share Point
- Troubleshoots login issues / password resets
- Troubleshoots telephone and VOIP issues to resolve them
- Contacts 3rd party support for escalations
- Responds to telephone calls, and generates a support case for all incident/service requests
- Documents, tracks, and examine problems to ensure timely solutions
- Writes how-to-guides, editing, and revising it with updated information when necessary
- Provides technical assistance for questions and problems
- Follows through with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Administers cloud services, Office365, etc.
- Assists in training computer users
- Asks relevant questions to determine nature of problem
- Installs, modifies, and repairs computer hardware and software; and installs peripherals for users
- Addresses basic problems with Networks and other systems to resolve network connectivity issues
Work Environment: The office is a casual and entrepreneurial environment. Will work closely with
Accounts Payable Supervisor and other Finance team members, and communicate often with Operations
staff.

Requirements
- Must have 1-3 years relevant technical experience.
- Must be able to commute to the office
- Must be able to be on call rotation
- Must be able to work overtime (1.5x rate)
- Must be reachable during hours of operation and during on call hours for emergencies
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
