We are looking for an engineer who is passionate about flight control products, enjoys working with a team of talented developers, and who is eager to take on big challenges. Collins Aerospace is proud to be providing flight control products to major commercial aircraft programs.  As part of this team, you will be exposed to a broad spectrum of flight control technologies and have the ability to significantly contribute to our award-winning products.

What You Will Do:

• Work with exceptional, highly experienced hardware engineers in the design, verification and support of flight control products.

• Participate in the creation and review of new product design and associated documentation for new programs.

• Perform troubleshooting of electronic circuit boards, sub-assemblies and modules.

• Provide factory support in troubleshooting production problems.

What You Will Learn:

• You will learn working knowledge of analog and/or high-speed digital circuits.

• Proficiency with standard test equipment including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, together with experience in troubleshooting analog and digital circuitry.

• You will be a self-starter that can work in a highly cross functional environment.

• You will provide a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.

• Experience with analog and/or high-speed digital circuits.

• Experience with standard test equipment including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, together with experience in troubleshooting analog and digital circuitry.

​Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
