What You'll Do
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
- Follow the established plan of care
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Complete required documentation
- Help patients remain safe and comfortable at home
Qualifications
- Home Health Aide (HHA) training or certification as required
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Dependable and committed to scheduled patient assignments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes
- Previous home health or personal care experience preferred
