The Walmart Marketplace team drives growth by empowering third-party sellers through a reliable, scalable platform and innovative tools. This team collaborates across functions to enhance customer experiences, advance eCommerce initiatives, and promote operational excellence. As Senior Manager, Operations Integration, you will lead cross-functional technology and business integration initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of new capabilities, meeting performance standards, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the seller experience.

• Direct and manage project work streams, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery of operational initiatives.
• Analyze data and business trends to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative operational solutions.
• Oversee budget management, approve expenditures, and monitor financial performance.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
