Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities
Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.
Pay: $60–$65 per hour, DOE

Position Responsibilities
Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional independence
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and therapeutic strategies
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence-based and patient-centered care
Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
