Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and reset tables, including removing and replacing dishes, glasses, utensils and condiments in a timely and organized manner
- Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
- Pay attention to the dining situation of guests and follow up if necessary
- Make coffee and tea, keep supply of coffee, tea, other beverages and ice readily available
- Ensure all hotel quality standards are implemented
Job Requirements:
- At least six months' food & beverage experience being an advantage
- Possess excellent command of written and spoken Chinese; ability to communicate in English being an advantage
- Proficient in computer operation and POS system
- Possess good communication skills
- Possess high standard of personal grooming and presentation
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
